We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You may return your order for a full refund, including the original delivery cost (if returning the entire order).
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.
You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of receipt by emailing steve@partyplus.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Returns Number and instructions.
Returns must be sent back promptly after receiving approval.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Special order items (products ordered specifically for you).
Perishable goods.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return costs.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you must cover return postage costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item (or proof of return).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
